This project includes the reconstruction and extension of the hotel Crna Gora, the hotel with the longest tradition in Montenegro, located in the center of Podgorica. The newly planned accommodation facility got the franchise of the world-famous hotel chain – Hilton. This five-star luxury hotel contains 180 double bedrooms, 20 suits, a congress center, restaurant, bar, SPA center, indoor swimming pool and underground garage. In addition to hotel capacity, this project contains a shopping mall and business center.
