This luxury touristic ECO resort is taking place on the Shore of Skadar Lake, the largest lake on the Balkan Peninsula. This complex consists of two functional units: a hotel with its facilities (spa center, restaurant, playgrounds) and touristic villas using the hotel’s capacity.
