The residence is situated in the densely populated area nearby the seaside of Pržno. The terrain is steeply sloping toward the sea allowing a great view of the beach. The building is organized as a multistory solid block with an irregular shape that follows the lines of the plot. The house privacy is achieved by having three facades with only randomly spread ventilation openings facing the very near neighborhood houses and a fourth façade toward the sea with great shaded glass areas taking the benefits of the sea view.
